BUCYRUS — The following Ohio Department of Transportation construction projects are anticipated to affect roadways in Crawford County.

U.S. and State Route Projects
U.S. Route 30 bridge replacement – U.S. 30 at the east and west bridges over the Norfolk Southern Railroad, just west of SR 98, will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction for a bridge replacement project.
Estimated completion: August 2027.
CONTINUING IMPACTS
- The U.S. 30 eastbound exit ramp to SR 98 is closed for 120-days for a bridge replacement. The detour route will be for motorists to continue on U.S. 30 east the CR 330/Bucyrus exit, take the exit and then turn left onto CR 330, and then reenter the highway onto U.S. 30 west to the SR 98 Plymouth St/Plymouth exit to get to SR 98. Estimated reopening: Thursday, Sept. 17.
- Traffic has been switched into a new pattern using the median crossovers. One 11’ lane in each direction will be maintained on the westbound side of the roadway while crews work on U.S. 30 eastbound.
State Route 19 resurfacing – NEW IMPACTS – State Route 19 from Bucyrus Galion corporation limits will have single-lane closures for pavement repairs and resurfacing. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
Estimated completion: October 2026.
