CRESTLINE – Avita Health System has relocated Crestline Pharmacy to its new home at 245 N. Seltzer Street, providing patients with expanded services, added convenience, and enhanced amenities.
Avita recently welcomed community members, local leaders, and partners to tour the facility and celebrate this investment in pharmacy services for the Crestline community.
The new pharmacy features a drive-thru service, an expanded selection of over-the-counter products, and a dedicated consultation room designed to provide added privacy for patient counseling and medication discussions.
The move marks an investment in the future of pharmacy services in Crestline and reflects Avita’s ongoing commitment to improving access to care close to home. While the location has changed, patients continue to be served by the same trusted pharmacy team with the same focus on personalized service, medication management, and community-centered care.
