COLUMBUS — State Rep. Marilyn John (R-Richland County) recently announced new grant opportunities available through the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council.
ODDC is accepting applications for 16 new projects aimed at improving opportunities and outcomes for Ohioans with developmental disabilities. Projects range from developing inclusive athletic programs in K-12 schools to equipping individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently.

The application deadline is July 10 at 11:59 p.m. with the five-year project cycle beginning on Oct. 1.
“This is an incredible opportunity to support those with developmental disabilities and to continue to make Ohio a place where all Ohioans can succeed and thrive,” John said.
