MADISON TOWNSHIP — Madison Comprehensive High School graduated 218 seniors on Sunday afternoon during its 101st commencement exercises.
Timothy Ellis offered the valedictorian address and Lillian DeLong provided the salutatorian speech during ceremonies in the junior high gymnasium.
Isabella Liviskie spoke on behalf of the Class of 2026, all three speakers introduced by Supt. Rob Peterson.
Principal Sean Conway presented the graduates to school board President Amy Walker.
Senior class President Courtney Cyrus led the new grads in the turning of the tassels and senior Brandi Bowles led the singing of the school’s alma mater. Senior Sanaa Davis had sung the National Anthem to start the ceremonies.
The class motto was, “Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory,” by Dr. Seuss. The class song was “Vienna” by Billy Joel. The class flower was the white carnation and the class colors were green and white.
