Phoenix Brewing Company now owns its 131 N. Diamond St. building after $250K purchase

MANSFIELD — Richland County property transfers for April 27 through May 22 are published by Richland Source using information provided by the Richland County Auditor’s office.

The list outlines recent real estate activity across the county during that period.

Among the transfers, Firebyrd Properties LLC purchased 131 North Diamond Street from Engwiller Properties Inc. for $250,000.

The property at 131 North Diamond Street is home to The Phoenix Brewing Company. The location remains one of the more recognizable commercial sites included in the transfer list.

Carmone Macfarlane, with the creative and marketing team, said Firebyrd Properties LLC is a part of The Phoenix Brewing Company.

“Yep, that’s us,” Macfarlane said. “There are no changes in anything, we just simply own now instead of rent.”
