Roberta B. York, age 71 of Bellville, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. She was born on October 11, 1954, in Mansfield to the late Edward G. and Blanche Marie (Salyers) York.
Roberta worked as a supervisor for Crestline Paint for many years. Above all, she loved her family, and she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her sons James (Diana) Boyd and Richard “Rick” (Kelsie) Boyd; her siblings Rita (Joe) Frye, Judy York, and Rocky York; her grandchildren Laken, Cody, Coree, and Preston; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Blanche York, her siblings Edward Junior York and Barbie York, her grandson Caleb, and her nephew Grant.
A gathering will take place on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at York Family Cemetery on Swigart Road in Bellville. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm with Elder Lee Hull officiating.
