Alan C Wilson passed away at his home in Denver, Colorado on August 4, 2026 Born November 7, 1948 in Mansfield, Ohio to Elmer Wilson and Beverly (Price) Wilson, Alan graduated from Malabar High School before attending Ohio State University and then moving to Denver where he made his home and career as a Real Estate Broker. Alan was affectionately known as “Big Al” to his many friends and associates.
He was a kindhearted, compassionate man who loved EVERYONE!! Alan leaves behind his family to cherish his memory. Sisters ; Sherri (Chuck) Montgomery and Darlene (Henry) Neal Sr. both of Mansfield Brother; Joseph (Helen) Wilson of Irmo, SC. Nephews; Henry (Julie) Neal Jr. of Mansfield, Mark (Amber) Wilson of Tampa Fl. Great-Nephews & Niece; X’Zavian, Camdyn and Ellianna Neal also known as “Team ZaviElliCam” Uncle Big was their greatest fan. Alan’s family would like to thank special friends, Erskine Braggs of Mansfield and Elaine & James Moses of Denver for the true friendship they shared with Alan for many many years. He was truly blessed to have you all.
Alan was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents Ernest and Gladys Price Jones & Joseph and Libby Wilson, brothers & sister- in-law Larry & Rosemary Wilson and Gregory Wilson. Great-Nephew; Joseph “Alan” Neal.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2026 – 2:00 pm
