Lila Rose Schuster, age 77 of Mansfield, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Unger Park Post Acute. She was born on August 4, 1949, in Mansfield to the late Lester Earl and Nora Rose (Wade) Bridges, and on March 17, 1978, she married the love of her life, Carl Schuster.
Lila graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 1968. She spent much of her life lovingly caring for her family as a housewife, but later, she went on to work at Therm-O-Disk for 17 years. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, knitting, and crocheting, and she also loved cooking, baking, and doing puzzles, as well as decorating for the holidays. She loved to shop, making sure she went down every single aisle at every store she visited, and she enjoyed the time she spent traveling and going on cruises. She loved her dogs and cats. Above all, she loved her family, and she cherished every moment she spent with them. She will be dearly missed.
