My son, Joe, and I have been watching all your games from the Navajo Indian Reservation in St Michael’s Arizona. You can’t really imagine the pride we alumni have for you young men. Your sportsmanship, athletic ability and overall talent is something that goes deeper than a mere football game. Your team has a soul and you have brought the community together. Much good luck on Friday morning in Canton. Shout out to Braden- when I used to watch you throw the football on the playground at St Mary’s School as a first and second grade young boy; I thought then that you were something special!! I am so proud of this team, I have not lived in Shelby for the past five years, but I still love coming and watching the games, I am even taking the day off work on Friday to come up and watch you guys. No matter what the outcome of the game is you all have so much to be proud of. You have worked so hard and your determination and hard work ethics have paid off.
