MANSFIELD — Join Richland County Prosecutor Jodie Schumacher for Take Back the Night, an event designed to raise awareness about sexual violence in all forms and support survivors in their healing journey.
The event will take place April 29 at OSU Mansfield’s Riedl Hall, 2400 Kenwood Circle, Mansfield OH 44906, and run from 6 to 8 p.m.
Take Back the Night is the oldest worldwide movement to end sexual assault, rape, abuse, harassment and trafficking. This event raises awareness, empowers individuals, and inspires action that will educate the public about sexual violence and its impact on victims and their loved ones.
This event is open to community members. The event will include guest speakers, including two survivors who plan to share their personal experiences, a walk of honor, a candlelight vigil, and a resource fair full of community resources.
There is no cost to attend this event. Please share this event widely and participate.
