SHELBY — The Marvin Memorial Library will host a Grief 101 session on Thursday, April 3.

The process of grief can be a confusing time; the goal of bereavement therapy is to help people cope and make sense of it all, organizers said.

Licensed professionals from OhioHealth Community Grief will attend the event, which begins at 11 a.m.

If you have experienced the death of someone in your life, or are looking to understand more about how to support someone who is grieving the loss of someone close to them, you are invited to attend.
