MANSFIELD — For the third year in a row, the Hastings Group is sponsoring a special needs event at the Richland Carrousel Park.
The event will take place on Friday, Sept. 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. Refreshments will be provided. Attendees will receive unlimited rides on the carrousel.
The carrousel will be modified, for this one evening, to address the concerns of the special needs community.
The Richland Carrousel Park is located at 75 N Main St in Mansfield.
