Patricia Ann Butler, 69 of Crestline, Ohio passed away on April 29, 2024 at the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital in Columbus following in extended illness. On August 21, 1954 she was born in Mansfield Ohio to the late Harold and Helena Phillips. She married Patrick M. Butler on June 2, 1980 at the Richland County Courthouse and together they shared 44 years of marriage although they were together for a total of 48 years. Her proudest achievements were her family.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick Butler; daughters, B.J. Phillips (Jose) and Joy Clark,
(Zach Simmermacher); son, James Butler; two grandsons, Ashton Clark and Dylan Pittenger and granddaughter Alyssa Grace Pittinger; sisters, Lin Baker, Margaret (Bill) Gilliam, Carroll Tolley, Laurie Spellman, Nancy (Mike) Daugherty; brothers, Richard Phillips and Larry Phillips and numerous nieces, nephews and inlaws.
Visitation will be held Monday May 13, 2024 from 1:00PM-3:00PM at Ohio Cremation &
Memorial Society, 9 Chambers Rd, Mansfield, OH 44906.
