MANSFIELD — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public’s help in capturing these four individuals, two of them sex offenders, on this week’s Most Wanted list.

  • Steven Symsick, 39, is 5-foot-10, 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Authorities say he is sought for failure to register as a sex offender. Symsick has ties to the Mansfield area.

  • Jacob Morton, 28, is 6-foot, 175 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is wanted for probation violation for failure of a sexually-oriented offender to notify change of address. Authorities say he has ties to Mansfield/Bucyrus areas.

  • Jody Hazen, 49, is 5-foot-11, 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is wanted for possession of heroin. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.

  • Jermaine Hawthorne, 33, is 5-foot-9, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for failure to comply with orders or signal of police officer. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
