MANSFIELD — Haring Realty is honored to have won Leading Real Estate Companies of the World’s 2017 Most Innovative Office Design Award.
Leading Real Estate Companies of the World ® (LeadingRE) awards from an international pool of member brokerages as part of their annual conference in Las Vegas on February 2, 2018.
Criteria for nomination requires a space with an inspirational design aesthetic, positive client experience, personal levels of customer service and a showcase of global connections.
In the summer of 2017, the 35 year old family-owned brokerage reaffirmed its commitment to its hometown by joining the resurgent and vibrant Carrousel District with the construction of their downtown Welcome Center.
“The importance of relationships, collaboration and community are foundational to our core values. The design of our Welcome Center is a manifestation of those values,” said Peter Haring, broker at Haring Realty.
Specifically, the downtown welcome center offers a high quality “drop in” co-working and meeting space for Haring Realty team members as well as a hospitality space for events. The facility’s state of the art technology empowers collaboration and training for small groups. Digital signage is embedded within the facility’s glass walls and runs programming that promotes the local community throughout the day.
Haring Realty has offered their downtown space as a community resource for meetings of local homeowners associations, non-profits and merchant groups. During the popular summer concert series at The Brickyard, Haring has used their courtyard to host summer tailgate experiences with local organizations. Additionally, the brokerage has also launched a series of intimate fundraisers via its Homestead Program. The program hosted its first event in October in which the center’s technology and space was utilized to raise thousands of dollars for AIDS victims and underserved communities.
