Gary L. Fraizer, 70, of rural Galion passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at home.

Born January 10, 1945 in Galion, he was the son of Gerald and Mildred (Rinehart) Fraizer. He enjoyed nearly 50 years together with his wife Dee (McClurg) Fraizer whom he married on October 28, 1965 and she survives.

He was a graduate of Galion High School in 1963 and a member of the Morrow County Antique Tractor and Equipment Association. Gary farmed, worked at Producers Livestock in Bucyrus on sale day and restored Oliver tractors and Dodge trucks. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife he is survived by children Terry (Dawn Michelle) Fraizer of Mt. Gilead and Tom Fraizer of Galion; grandchildren Tori Fraizer of Galion and Dustin Fraizer of Mt. Gilead; brothers Sonny (Alice) Fraizer of Lexington, John (Twila) Fraizer of Galion, Steve (Linda) Fraizer of Galion, Mike (Lynn) Fraizer of Mansfield and Tim (Beth) Fraizer of Mansfield; sisters-in-law Pam Fraizer of Lexington and Sue Fraizer of Florida and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by daughter Jennifer K. Fraizer; brothers Ron and Paul Fraizer and recently by mother-in-law Mary Rose McClurg.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2015 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 and one hour prior to the service which will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 12 with Father John Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Blooming Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Morrow County Humane Society, Morrow County Antique Tractor and Equipment Association or HomeCare Matters Hospice in care of the funeral home.
