MANSFIELD – The Management Team of Catalyst Life Services wanted to recognize its staff by doing something special for them since they have remained open as an essential business throughout the entire COVID-19 pandemic.

“Catalyst is filled with amazing, committed, and loyal employees,” said Laura Montgomery, CEO of Catalyst Life Services. “They have continued to work hard and take care of the individuals we serve through all the challenges we faced these last few months.

“I have been amazed at how our staff have come together and adapted during this time while still providing quality care.”

Two Cousins Pizza partnered with Catalyst Life Services to show employee appreciation by providing their 300 employees with a appreciation certificate good for one lunch at the downtown Mansfield pizzeria. Two Cousins Pizza has been supportive of past Catalyst efforts in the community by helping with the Telethon every year and past recovery events.

Andy McIntyre, who owns Two Cousins Pizza, said he is happy to help Catalyst because of the important services they provide to this community and the amount of people they serve. His family has been involved with The Rehab Center, a part of Catalyst since he was a young boy.

His father was involved with the Town Roast and Rehab Telethon and he has memories of helping with both. He was happy to collaborate with Catalyst to once again provide their staff with an appreciation lunch.

“We knew that as a non-profit agency, and during hard times it would be difficult to provide this many staff with an appreciation lunch and we are grateful that Two Cousins collaborated with us to show our staff how special they are,” Montgomery said.
