Strive to thrive - week 10

Losing weight is no easy task, so celebrate all your successes to keep yourself motivated. Be proud of what you have accomplished. Small wins can add up to big victories. 

Here are a few ideas to celebrate your health and wellness achievements:

  • Purchase a new pair of tennis shoes or new exercise apparel. You have been hitting the gym pretty hard, so a new pair of shoes or a smaller size might be in order.

  • Take a selfie and post on social media. Not only will you see your progress but you will may inspire your friends to make healthy changes and join you at the gym.
