MANSFIELD -- Mansfield St. Peter's High School didn't have to look far to find its new athletic director.

Acting Principal Jon Cuttitta announced Tuesday that David Miller is the new AD for the Spartans.

Miller has been a teacher for 25 years, the last five of which have been at St. Peter's Elementary School.

Along with 25 years of coaching experience from elementary to varsity in multiple sports, Miller has also served two years as assistant athletic director at St. Peter's from 2014-2016.

A graduate of the University of Toledo, he is working on a master's degree in Catholic Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton.

David and his wife, Dr. Allison Pruett, and their two children are also members of St. Peter's Parish.

"I've been a part of the St. Peter's family for seven years. I am looking forward to leading the athletic department and maintaining the high academic and athletic standards of our Spartan community," Miller said.
