BELLVILLE -- Clear Fork erased an early nine-point deficit Friday night and raced to a 57-44 win over Lexington in the Colt Corral.
The non-league match-up was the season opener for both boys' basketball teams.
Lexington led 14-5 after the first quarter, but the Colts rallied in the second and trailed just 22-17 at the half.

The second half was all Clear Fork as the Colts outscored the Minutemen 17-8 in the third quarter and 23-14 in the fourth.
Four Clear Fork players reached double figures, led by 19 from Brady Tedrow. Ethan Delaney had 13 while Brennan South and Jared Scott each had 11.
Max Waldruff led Lexington with 17 points. Dylan Spears had 10.
Clear Fork shot 38 percent (18-48) from the field and added 17 of 24 from the foul line. Lexington shot 35 (16-46) from the floor and eight of 10 at the line.
Lexington had a 37-29 rebounding edge, led by 11 from Isaiah Pack. Delaney led Clear Fork with seven. The Minutemen committed 19 turnovers, compared to seven for the Colts.
