The Crawford County Prosecutor's office released the names of 37 people who were indicted by a February Grand Jury. Bail was set at $1 million for William W. Butler, who is accused of first-degree felony rape, unlawful sexual misconduct with a minor; a third-degree felony, and gross sexual imposition; a fourth-degree felony.
Jennifer Lynn Lepard, who served as the athletic director since June 2017, has turned her self in to the Richland County Sheriff's department, according to the Richland County jail book. According to the department, Leopard turned herself in at 6:56 a.m. on July 5. Lepard's bail was set at $5,000, but she has posted bail. She is being charged with third degree theft, a fourth degree felony because she is a member of the public trust. She is also charged with grand theft and theft in office.
