Dominating defense was the calling card of Canfield as it shut out Chardon NDCL 9-0 in Ohio high school softball on May 16.

In recent action on May 11, Canfield faced off against Perry and Chardon NDCL took on Hubbard on May 11 at Chardon Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School.
