Warren G. Betts

Warren G. Betts, 97, of Mansfield, passed away Monday February 10, 2020.

Warren was born December 29, 1922 in Cardington, Ohio to Earnest L. and LefaMae (Sellars) Betts.  He enjoyed mowing his yard and doing outdoor activities.  He loved spending time with his family and friends.  Warren was proud to own and operate Betts Body Shop for over 40 years. 

He is survived by two children, Rodney L. Betts of Findlay and Renee L. Fisher of Mansfield; grandchildren, Derek (Kim) Betts of Findlay, Micah S. Betts of Findlay, Dawn Bennyhoff of Dallas, TX, and Amanda L. Fisher of Mansfield; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Warren was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Erma L. Betts; daughter-in-law, Vickie Betts; grandchildren, Tiffany Betts and Leah Betts.  He was the last survivor of a family of 8 siblings.

Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 17, 2020 at Werner Gompf Funeral Services, ltd, 1106 Park Ave. East, Mansfield.  Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Rodney Betts officiating.  Burial will take place in Mansfield Memorial Park, Ontario.

The family would like to thank the staff at Winchester Terrace for their kind and loving care of Warren.
