Sally L. Stewart, 80, of Crestline died Friday, Oct. 16, 2015 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
Sally was born in Mason, West Virginia, on Oct. 9, 1935 to the late Charles and Sylvia (Ingles) Stewart.
Sally lived most of her life in Crestline. All of her working life she was employed as a Nurse’s Assistant. She had worked many years at the Carlisle House in Bucyrus. Sally was proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her three daughters, Anna Stewart and Terry Stinnett of Crestline, Susan K. Jackson, of Crestline, and Tonya L. Jackson, of Columbus; her seven grandchildren, Martin Fife, Jr., Margaret Fife, Melanie Brady, Mychal Stewart, Malcom Jackson, Terra Stinnett, Mariah Stewart; her 11 great-grandchildren, Nathan, John, Rayelynn Brady, Hailey, Ashton, Blake, and Payton Fife, Jason Brady Jr., Sylvia Brady, and Roland and Iverson Stewart; her sisters-in-law, Okie Stewart of Killeen, Texas, and Loretta Stewart of New Haven, West Virginia; her beloved dog, Maggie; and many long-time friends.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sylvia Rayetta Stewart; and her brothers, Howard, Norman, Mac, Harry, James, Alfred, and Von Stewart.
Friends may call Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, Crestline. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with Deacon Kenneth Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Crawford County Memory Gardens, Crestline.
