Neoma “Jean” Sanders Holly Edwards, 85, of Mansfield, passed away Monday evening, June 30, 2014 at Hospice of North Central Ohio.
She was born March 27, 1929 in Huron, Ohio. Jean was well loved by everyone at The Waterford, and made that her home for many years. She enjoyed playing Bingo and visiting with her friends. Jean was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” W. Edwards; a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia S. and Daniel J. Perl of Mansfield; a son, Theodore L. Holly, Jr.; four grandchildren, Charles E. (Charlotte) Workman, Holly K. (Moses) Wildermuth, Andrew C. (Nicole L.) Kepple and Jacob D. Perl; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She is also survived by two stepsons, William W. Edwards III and Stephen K. (Mary E.) Edwards. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Theodore L. Holly, Sr.; daughter, Katherine L. Cronin; son, William A. Holly; two sisters; and a brother.
There will be no visitation or services observed. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio, 1050 Dauch Drive, Ashland, OH 44805. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family.
