Marguerite V. “Meg” Seevers, 91, of Galion died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014 at Magnolia Terrace in Galion.
Born Oct. 25, 1922, in Galion she was the daughter of Granville and Blanche (Slayton) Dabney. She married Charles R. “Ray” Seevers on April 5, 1941and he preceded her in death on March 14, 2009.
Meg was a graduate of Galion High School in 1940 and was a homemaker.
She is survived by children, Lana (Richard) Crissinger of Bucyrus, Sheila (Dick) Schieber of Crestline, Paula (Bob) Faulds of Port Clinton, Sid (Sue) Seevers of Bucyrus and Doug (Donna) Seevers of Hendersonville, NC. 20 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband she is also preceded by three sons, Jeffrey, Rob and Gary Seevers, four brothers and two sisters.
A private graveside service will be held for the family at Fairview Cemetery in Galion with Hospice Chaplain Jed Brake officiating.
