Margie Monette Richardson, 92, of Crestline, passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at her residence.
Margie was born in Wise County, VA on September 1, 1930, to the late George and Bertha (Carico) Meade. She married Basil W. Richardson on November 27, 1948, and preceded her death August 20, 2011.
Margie was a wonderful housewife and ministers’ wife.  She cherished all her time spent with her family. Margie enjoyed reading the Bible and was loved by everyone.
Margie is survived by her 3 daughters, Betty Speck, of Galion, Karen (Nathan) Hale, of Crestline, and Patty (Harold) Estep of Mansfield; siblings, Gerald Meade of Coeburn, VA, Francis McReynolds of Coeburn, VA, Nine Grandchildren, Dawn (Dan) Kiser, Crystal (Jeff) Black, Craig (LaToya) Speck, Chad (Brooke) Speck, Andrew (Amber) Estep, Derek (Kelsey) Estep, Joel (Kristen) Richardson, Brad Richardson, Rachel (Craig) Norris; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents Margie was preceded in death by her son, Rev. Phillip Richardson, and son in law, Larry Speck, and siblings Juanita Salyers, Shirlene Smith, and Darrel Meade. Â
Graveside services will take place Monday May 22, 2023, at 11:00 am at Greenlawn Cemetery. Service will be officiated by Son-in-law, Pastor Nathan Hale.
Memorial contributions may be made to Church of God of Prophecy in Carrothers, Ohio.
