Loretta "Lorrie" Chrastina

BELLVILLE: Loretta F. “Lorrie” Chrastina, 59, of Bellville, passed away at home Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014.

The daughter of Robert and Wilhelmina (Kohler) Licht, Lorrie was born September 2, 1955 in Cleveland.

Family was her everything.  Lorrie was a loving mother and grandmother who always bragged about grandkids.  Fun-loving, Lorrie’s laugh was contagious and one of a kind.  She enjoyed crocheting and watching movie marathons with her family.

She is survived by her son Jason (Layne) Chrastina of Butler, daughter Angie (Mike) Lewis of Bellville, and daughter Cassie Chrastina of Perrysville; grandchildren Kadin, Pacey and Charlotte Chrastina, MaGuire and Makenna Lewis, and Carter, Kennedi, and Chloe Deucore; Gary Chrastina; nephew Erich Licht and niece Monica Stanford; Victor Davis.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Robert “Bob” Licht.

A memorial service celebrating the life of Lorrie Chrastina will be Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014 at 6 p.m. in the sanctuary at North Bend Church of the Brethren, 1787 Snyder Road, Butler, Ohio 44822.  Pastor Patrick Bailey will officiate.  The Bellville Snyder Funeral Home is honored to serve the Chrastina family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Snyder Funeral Homes may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.
