Lois F. Marshman, 93, of Galion, died Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Mill Creek Nursing And Rehab, Galion.
Lois was born in Spencer on September 16, 1921 to the late Charles and Olive (Rusk) Hinckley. She married Preston LeRoy Marshman on December 14, 1951 and he preceded her. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Elwood L. Leicy on January 19, 1951.
Lois was a member of the Mansfield Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Mansfield. She enjoyed sewing, swimming, and visiting state parks.
She is survived by her two sons, Daniel and Brenda Marshman of Dunkirk, and Donald and Karen Leicy of Dayton; her two daughters, Lori Marshman of Galion, and Peggy Marshman of New Orleans, LA; her seven grandchildren; her two great-grandchildren; and her sister, Mildred Draper of Galion.
She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Art, Charles, and Don Hinckley; and her sister, Elizabeth Armold.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the Mansfield Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1040 Cook Rd., Mansfield, with Pastor Edward R. Marton officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mansfield Seventh-Day Adventist School in care of the funeral home.
