Lee Parker Sackman, 82, of Mansfield, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019.

Lee was born on July 26, 1936, in Shelby, Ohio, to Ivan and Virginia Sackman. He loved his truck. He enjoyed working, camping, fishing, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Jean Sackman; four children, Lois Johnson, Bryan (Michelle) Sackman, Jon “Mickey” Sackman, and Walter (Ruth) Sackman; eight grandchildren, Christopher Johnson, Micah Johnson, Sr., Nicolle Reid, Audrey Longstreth, Charles Nace, Meranda Harford, Amber Nace, and Robert Nace; eleven great-grandchildren, Noah Johnson, Levi Johnson, Eden Johnson, Norah-Belle Johnson, Micah Johnson, Jr., Elijah Reid, Elena Reid, Jaimeson Reid, April Nace, LeAnn Nace, and Glenda Nace.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Charles “Chuck” Sackman and Herbert “Herbie” Sackman.

Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2019, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd., 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m.

Burial will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh. Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, ltd. assisted the family with the funeral arrangements.
