Kathleen Siclair, 90, of Galion passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Mill Creek Nursing Center in Galion.

Born June 8, 1925 in Galion, she was the daughter of the late Irvin R. and Anna E. (McElroy) Watts. She married Sam Siclair on April 8, 1947 and he survives.

She was a graduate of Mt. Gilead High School in 1942. She and Sam owned and operated Galion Canvas Products from 1957 until 1986 when they sold it to their son. Kathleen was a member of the State and National League of Women Voters, Galion Community Center and YMCA and Galion Golden Age Center where she was a member of the former Jing-A-Lings. She was a 4H mom for her children with the Galion Boots and Saddle Club.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by children Diane (Siclair) Bryant, of Sandusky, Steve (Nancy) Siclair, of Galion, Sherry Siclair (Susan Blakely), of Atlanta, Georgia, Mary (Steve) (Siclair) Willis, of New Albany, and Tammy (John) (Siclair) Erlsten, of Galion; eight grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833.

Memorial contributions may be made to Galion Golden Age Center or Hospice of North Central Ohio in care of the funeral home.
