James A. Lee, age 65, of Mansfield passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2014 in his home.

He was born December 25, 1948 in Mansfield to the late Earl and Joanna (Pearl) Lee, was graduated from Clear Fork High School in 1966 and attended Cincinnati Bible Seminary. 

Jim worked at Sears, and as a driver for a limo service, city bus service, and semi hauling until an accident left him unable to work.   Though bound to a wheelchair, Jim was never one to get down on himself. 

A lifelong area resident, he lived for bowling and was a life member of the Mansfield Bowling Association. He loved NASCAR racing, cheering for Jeff Gordon, and watching WWF Wrestling.      

An honest, caring individual, Jim’s heart was filled with kindness and love for his friends and he truly loved his family. 

He is survived by two aunts Alice Herndon of Indianapolis, IN, and Phyllis Morgan of Mansfield, along with many cousins including Kathy and Tom Nolen of Mansfield and Doug Morgan of Mansfield and second cousins Kirsti Nolen, Dustin Nolen and third cousin baby Tylen.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two aunts Betty Holzmiller and Jane Streby and five uncles Clarence, Lawrence, Charles and Pete Pearl and Bob Lee.

Friends may call Monday, October 20, 2014 from 11-1 p.m. in the Bellville Snyder Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held at 1 p.m.  Pastor Tj Waters will officiate and burial will follow in Oak Grove Memorial Park.
