Edmund G.S. Fulton, Sr.

Edmund G.S. Fulton, Jr., 79, of Ashland, passed away at his residence. He was born on December 21, 1941 to Edmund G.S. Fulton and Margaret Sellards Fulton.

Ed graduated from the Ashland City Schools and also Ashland University. He taught school at Johnny Appleseed Junior High School, Mansfield, Ohio. Following his teaching at Johnny Appleseed he relocated to California where he worked for General Dynamics. Ed returned to school where he received three Masters Degrees while in California. 

Ed returned to Ashland and became interested in the High School Athletic Program, rarely missing a game, golf match or other event. 

Ed is survived by two sisters, Cynthia Fulton of Ashland and Kay Fulton of Albuquerque, New Mexico; a niece, Sara (Richard) Winters of Albuquerque, New Mexico; two nephews, David (Katy) Diffendorfer of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Jay (Amy) Diffendorfer of Golden, Colorado; and four grand nephews.

According to Ed's wishes there will be no service or visitation. Anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution may do so to the Ed Fulton Donor Designated Fund, c/o The Ashland County Community Foundation, 300 College Avenue, Ashland, Ohio 44805.
