LEXINGTON: Charlene H. Taylor passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015 in Mansfield Memorial Homes in Mansfield. She was 81.
She was born September 3, 1933 to parents Charles & Mabel (Chambers) Ewbank in Ashland County, Ohio. Charlene was graduated from Savannah High School, with the class of 1951.
Charlene was employed at several convenience stores over the years, including Mickey Mart and Stop & Go.
In her spare time, she took pleasure sewing, crafting, and macramé. But above all, she cherished spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her children Terri Heilman of Cape Coral, Florida, and Michael (Sharen) Taylor of Mansfield, and two grandchildren Robert Heilman and Ally Taylor.
In addition to her parents, Charlene is preceded by brothers Ben and Elvin “Bud” Ewbank.
Charlene’s family extends a special “thank-you” to the staff at the Conard House, Mansfield Memorial Homes, and MedCentral Hospice for their support and kindness.
Although no public service will be held in Charlene’s memory, her family hopes that you will hold her in your heart as you remember her in your own special way.
