MANSFIELD — Four fugitives, including a woman, are sought in this week’s Most Wanted list issued by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.

Briatta Webb, 28, is 5-foot-4, 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She is wanted for retaliation. Officials say she has ties to Mansfield area.

Steven Smith, 48, is 6-foot-2, 228 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is wanted for failure to provide a change of address as a sex offender. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.

Kijuan Harris, 33, is 6-foot-5, 240 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is sought for a parole violation on a trafficking in drugs charge. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.

Jermaine Hawthorne, 33, is 5-foot-9, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for failure to comply with orders or signal of police officer. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
