MANSFIELD -- Richland Public Health will offer a pediatric dental health program at the North End Farmer's Market Sept. 17 and 24 from 4 to 7 p.m.
Participants will receive a free dental health backpack for each child after completing a brief survey with a Health Educator from Richland Public Health. An e-mail address is required to participate in the survey.
The event is sponsored by the Richland County Foundation with generous donations from local and national partners.
Richland Public Health is offering free dental health backpacks filled with toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, fluoride treatment (for ages 6+), and age appropriate educational materials and goodies for Richland County youth between the ages of 0-18.

Participants are urged to review all materials in the dental health backpack with their child and make sure they use their dental health supplies throughout the month of October. Those who participate will receive an email by the end of October to ask about your child's dental health backpack experience.
Participation in this additional survey will earn you a free meal gift certificate to one of our local Richland County restaurants.
