MANSFIELD -- Judge Jennifer Brunner, an announced candidate for the Ohio Supreme Court in 2020, will be the keynote speaker on Sept. 19 at the Richland County Democratic Party's annual Fall Dinner.
Brunner is a judge in the 10th District Court of Appeals.
"Judge Brunner has been a good friend of Richland County, from the days she worked as an attorney with then-Secretary of State Sherrod Brown, to her service as Ohio's Secretary of State, during which she was awarded the John F. Kennedy Profiles in Courage award," said local party chairman Joe Mudra.
"We are pleased to have her return and join us," Mudra said.
The dinner will be at the local Democratic Party headquarters in the K.E. McCartney Memorial Building, 16 S. Park St., in downtown Mansfield.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 and the program to follow. The meal will feature Italian fare, catered by MVP Sports Bar and Restaurant.
