MANSFIELD – Three men and a woman are among the list of most wanted fugitives sought by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in the Richland County division for the week of Oct. 7.
Jacob Morton, 26, is 6-foot, 150 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. He is wanted for a probation violation and on fail to register as a sex offender charge. Officials say Morton has ties to the Mansfield and Bucyrus areas.
Cody Crain, 23, is 5-foot-9, 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He is sought for burglary. Authorities say Crain has ties to the Mansfield and Lexington areas.
Stephanie Oakley, 30, is 5-foot-2, 130 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is wanted for escape. Officials say she has ties to the Mansfield area.
Romulus Tabor, 45, is 5-foot-8, 170 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is wanted for second-degree felony aggravated trafficking in drugs. Authorities say Tabor has ties to Mansfield.
