MANSFIELD – Authorities are seeking four fugitives, three with Crawford County ties, as part of this week's Most Wanted list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in the Richland County division for the week of Feb. 10.
Eric Hicks, 27, is 6-foot-3, 230 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. He is sought for failing to appear on an aggravated possession of drugs charge. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield, Willard and Crestline areas.
Evan Madden, 28, is 6-foot-1, 230 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for failure to comply with a police officer. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield and Bucyrus areas.
Jeremy Fisher, 39, is 5-foot-11, 160 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Fisher is wanted for failure to appear on aggravated drug trafficking. Officials say he has ties to Bucyrus, Shiloh, Bellevue, and Mansfield.
Anthony Bishop Sr., 57, is 5-foot-11, 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is sought for a probation violation on an original charge of dangerous drugs. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
