Owl at Ohio Bird Sanctuary

Owls are among the birds that can be photographed at the Ohio Bird Sanctuary.

MANSFIELD -- Have you ever wanted to spend time with an eagle? Photograph an owl up close?

Here is your chance.

We will be hosting an opportunity for you to visit and photograph our birds outside of their enclosures.

In June, this will be held before the Sanctuary opens to general visitors. We plan to host these events twice a month with all the proceeds supporting the care of our birds. (Note: You will not be permitted to hold or touch the birds.)

In June, the Ohio Bird Sanctuary will be highlighting Seymour the Great-horned Owl, St. Alice the Bald Eagle, and Monty the Barn Owl.

June dates: Saturday, June 13 and Saturday, June 27 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
