MANSFIELD — Four fugitives are among this week’s Most Wanted in north central Ohio, according to a list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, Richland County Division.
Jay Nielsen, 31, is 5-foot-7, 172 pounds with red hair and blue eyes. He is sought for a parole violation out of Michigan on original charge of home invasion. Authorities say Nielsen has ties to Plymouth and Willard, Ohio, Enola, Pennsylvania, and Mancelona, Michigan.
Stevie Conley, 33, is 5-foot-11, 160 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. He is sought for a parole violation on an escape charge. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
Juan Westberry, 38, is 6-foot, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is sought for conspiracy to distribute drugs. Officials say he has ties to Mansfield, Galion, and Marion areas as well as Chesterfield and Detroit, Michigan.
Demetrius Garrison, 39, is 5-foot-9, 194 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted on federal drug charges. Officials report he has ties to the Marion and Mansfield areas.
