MANSFIELD – Authorities are seeking four people, including a fugitive from New York, as part of this week's Most Wanted list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in the Richland County division for the week of Nov. 25.
Sarah Payne, 36, is 5-foot-6, 145 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is wanted for failure to appear in a jury trial on original a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.
Eric Contreras, 28, is 5-foot-10, 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for trafficking in marijuana and a parole violation out of New York. Officials say he has ties to Mansfield and North Royalton and Toledo areas.
Markell Friend, 26, is 5-foot-10, 186 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is sought for domestic violence. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
Asanta Simmons-Ball, 26, is 5-foot-9, 175 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Officials say he is wanted for a probation violation on an improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. Simmons-Ball has ties to the Mansfield and Columbus areas.
