MANSFIELD – Authorities are seeking four people as part of this week’s Most Wanted list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in the Richland County division for the week of Feb. 3.
Jason Ramsey, 38, is 5-foot-7, 180 pounds, with black hair and blue eyes. He is sought for probation violation on a charge of possession of cocaine and multiple other warrants out of the Richland County Sheriff’s office and Mansfield Police Department. Officials say he has ties to Mansfield and Youngstown.
Quanita Williams, 22, is 5-foot-2, 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She is wanted for failure to appear at an arraignment on a charge of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified government facility. Authorities say she has ties to Mansfield and Cleveland.
Larry Hopkins Jr., 31, 5-foot-7, 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is sought for probation violations on domestic violence and aggravated possession of drugs charges. Officials say he has ties to Mansfield.
Xavier Rose, 20, is 6-foot-1, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for bond revocation on charge of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified government facility. Authorities say Rose has ties to Mansfield.
