AKRON — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Eugene Calvin Wells.
Wells is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Akron Police Department on charges of Aggravated Murder for the shooting death of Walter Matthews Jr. on June 3, 2019.
Wells, 24, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 11 inches and weighing 165 pounds. Wells’ last known address is near the 100 block of Fulton Street, Akron, Ohio. Wells is to be considered armed and dangerous.
