MANSFIELD — Four fugitives, three of them sex offenders, are part of the Most Wanted list compiled by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force in the Richland County division for the week of Sept. 21.
Todd Lyons, 41, is 5-foot-8, 125 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. He is wanted for parole violation on gross sexual imposition and failure to register. Officials say he has ties to Mansfield area.
Bryce Stokes, 25, is 6-foot, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for fail to register as a sex offender. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield, Sandusky and Port Clinton areas.
Jeffery Siron, 31, is 6-foot-3, 170 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. Officials say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
Montell Taylor, 38, is 5-foot-11, 195 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for a parole violation on an original charge of aggravated burglary. Authorities say he has ties to the Mansfield area.
