6-6:30: Community Education- Fact, Fiction or Fantasy- Debunking the Myths of Weight Loss

6:45-7:30: Community Workout (two options)

Power Cycling: This indoor cycling class will challenge riders on flat roads and in the hills with speed work, strength work and drills. Appropriate for all fitness levels and abilities, this classes provide a great workout with lots of variety. (20 participant maximum)

Hatha Yoga: A gentle, basic form of yoga focused on both physical and mental benefits. This mixed-level class is great for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners. (30 participant maximum)
