MANSFIELD -- Wellness Wednesday will take place May 12 from noon to 5:30 p.m. at Catalyst Life Services (The Rehab Center building next to the health department), 270 Sterkel Boulevard.
This event helps celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month.
"We will have information tables where you can talk with counselors regarding mental health, crisis, substance use, employment services and much more," said Melissa Drozda of Catalyst Life Services. "If you visit these tables for information you can receive a t-shirt or other giveaways.
"Snacks and refreshments will also be available."
There will be a FREE Narcan training with Dr. Bocka at 12:45 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Are you concerned about someone or have questions about addiction?
Attend Addiction Facts, Physiology, Narcan, and Hope by Dr. Bocka and Catalyst staff. You will receive one hour of hands-on Narcan training, a Narcan kit, and a Q &A session with professionals.

There will also be Free COVID vaccination clinic open from noon to 4 p.m. This clinic will be hosted by the onsite pharmacy Genoa, which will be administering the Moderna vaccine. There will also be an ASL interpreter available.
This event is open to the community and entirely free. Come to the event if you are looking for mental health supports, curious about telehealth services, interested in substance use treatment options, in need of support for family members or seeking employment assistance.
You can also talk with a counselor, receive peer support, substance use support or learn more about behavioral health screenings.
