MANSFIELD — The Ohio State Reformatory will rock out again in July.

INKcarceration has announced its return to the historic prison after a successful first run last summer.

The second Annual INKcarceration will run from July 12 through the 14.

The Tattoo and Music festival will include a lineup of more than 30 bands, more than 70 tattoo artists, food trucks, beverages and a haunted house attraction, “Escape from Blood Prison.”

“We are really excited for the return of the INKcarceration festival in 2019,” said Dan Smith, creative marketing directory at OSR. “The Reformatory had a great time working with everyone on their team, and bringing it back for year two made perfect sense.”

Smith added the fist INKcarceration festival proves the potential for music festivals in Mansfield

“We have a fantastic reach to different cities being centrally located here. Plus the uniqueness of having something like this with the Reformatory as your backdrop is easily one of the biggest draws,” he said. “I couldn’t be happier to see the how excited they are to work here in Mansfield and bring something you won’t want to miss in 2019.”

The lineup will be announced in January, Adrenaline PR, the company behind the event said.
