This is the second year for the local three-year Ohio Microfarm Project.

MANSFIELD — The North End Community Improvement Collaborative, in partnership with The Ohio State University-Mansfield, has invited the public for an updated overview of the Ohio Microfarm Project on Oct. 23 and 24.

This is the chance to see second-year results of a three-year project.

The Oct. 23 event is a virtual tour from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. It will virtually showcase community partnerships, urban farming, resiliency of farming, and co-op development.

The Oct. 24 slate is from 9 to 11 a.m. and is brought to you by the Richland Gro-Op and will exhibit two urban microfarm and two rural microfarm outings, all a result of the input received from last year’s symposium.

The registration deadline closes at noon on Thursday, Oct. 22. Click here to register.

Here is the zoom schedule of events for Oct. 23.
