MANSFIELD — The Mansfield Gay Pride Association is presenting its 7th annual Pride Parade and Festival on Saturday, Aug. 7 in Downtown Mansfield.

The parade kicks off at 11 a.m., down Park Avenue from the 5-way light to Central Park.

The festival starts at noon with a full lineup of events including drag queen performances, discussion panels, returning band Brave and Crazy, performances by Renaissance Theatre cast, and music by DJ Doug Ferrell.

Vendors include food and drinks, non-profits and community resources, health and wellness resources, artists, and PRIDE merchandise. DLX will also host a bar with drink specials.

MGPA’s Pride Parade and Festival is family friendly and includes a kid’s zone with activities and a drag queen story time.
